Returns & Refunds

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to give a reason. The 14 days start on the day you (or a third party you designated) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, email return@zieck.eu before the 14-day period expires with:

  • your order number,
  • the item(s) you're returning, and
  • the reason (optional, but helpful for us).

You may also use the model withdrawal form. We'll reply within two business days with a returns address and instructions.

2. Return conditions

Returned items must be:

  • unworn and unwashed,
  • free of stains, smells (perfume, smoke), pet hair, and deodorant marks,
  • in their original condition with all tags attached where applicable.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in plain words: trying on a hoodie in front of a mirror is fine; wearing it out in the rain is not.

3. Exceptions, items that cannot be returned

Under EU law and for hygiene / practical reasons, the following are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal unless they arrived defective:

  • Personalised or custom-made items, items printed specifically to your order that are not part of our standard catalogue are considered bespoke under Art. 6:230p(f)(1) BW (NL Civil Code) / Art. 16(c) Consumer Rights Directive. However, Zieck's catalogue items printed on demand from pre-designed artwork are not personalised in the legal sense and are returnable under the standard 14-day right.
  • Caps and hats, for hygiene reasons, we only accept returns when the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
  • Items sealed for hygiene reasons whose seal you have broken.

4. Defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email return@zieck.eu within 30 days with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

5. Shipping costs

  • You pay the cost of returning the item when you exercise your standard 14-day withdrawal right.
  • We pay the return shipping when the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or we sent you the wrong item.

6. Refund

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions above, we refund within 14 days via the original payment method (Mollie sends the money back to the card/iDEAL account you paid with). We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Refunds include the original shipping costs you paid us, except the extra cost of any premium delivery option you chose (standard shipping cost is refunded).
