1. About us
These terms apply to every purchase and use of the Zieck online shop operated by Zieck Design (the "seller", "we", "us").

2. Applicability
By placing an order you accept these terms. Deviations are only valid if confirmed by us in writing.
3. Products and prices
All products are made on demand. We do our best to show accurate images and descriptions, but minor colour variation between screen and printed garment is normal. Prices are shown in euros and include 21% Dutch VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order.
4. Ordering and payment
Your order is a binding offer. We accept it by sending an order confirmation by email. Payment is processed via Mollie and supports iDEAL, Bancontact, cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (where available). We only ship orders after full payment has been received.
5. Delivery
Orders are produced and shipped by our fulfilment partner Printful. Estimated lead time is 2–5 business days for printing plus the carrier's shipping time (typically 3–10 business days within the EU, longer internationally). We will provide a tracking number by email once your package is on its way.
Delivery times are estimates only. If delivery is unreasonably delayed (more than 30 days beyond the confirmed time frame), you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Risk of loss and damage transfers to you upon receipt of the goods.
6. Right of withdrawal (EU / NL consumers)
Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day withdrawal period after receiving your order, during which you may cancel the contract without giving any reason. See our Returns & Refunds page for how to exercise that right and for the specific exceptions that apply to made-to-order and personalised items.
7. Warranty and conformity
All goods must conform to the contract and be of satisfactory quality. If you receive a defective or non-conforming item, contact return@zieck.eu within a reasonable time after discovery (in any event within two months). We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion, in line with your statutory rights.
8. Intellectual property
All designs, logos, photography, and text on this website are owned by Zieck Design or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, resell, or otherwise commercially use any of our designs without our prior written permission.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our maximum liability in any order is limited to the total amount you paid for that order.
10. Complaints
We aim to answer complaints within 14 days. First contact us at info@zieck.eu. If we don't resolve it to your satisfaction, EU consumers can use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply. Disputes are settled by the competent court in the Northern Netherlands district, without prejudice to your right to bring a claim before the courts of your own country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the law or in our business practices. The version in force at the moment you place an order is the one that governs that order.
